Merestone Partners LP (the "Fund") is a limited partnership organized in Delaware. The Fund is a division of The General Investment and Development Companies, a privately held, vertically-integrated, diversified real estate operating company based in Boston, MA.

Merestone invests in real estate and real estate related securities. The Fund uses a multi-strategy approach to investing in real estate by using the publicly traded securities issued by companies that are directly invested in real estate or that have embedded real estate exposure. In addition, the Fund actively invests throughout the capital stack of its investments.

The Fund was launched in January of 2006 with Andrew St. Pierre as its President. John Garofalo, CFA, Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst, joined the team in 2007. William Cullinan joined Andrew and John in early 2009 to head up business development. Currently we manage approximately $30 million in assets.
