GID INVESTMENT ADVISERS LLC ACQUIRES 331-UNIT TURTLE CREEK VILLAS IN DALLAS

Boston - (September 28, 2006) - GID Investment Advisers LLC (“GID”) announced today that it has acquired on behalf of an affiliate, Windsor Realty Fund-V Acquisition LLC, (“WRF-V”), the 331-unit Turtle Creek Villas luxury apartment building. The building, which will be renamed Windsor at Turtle Creek, is located in the Uptown section of Dallas, Texas.

The asset is strategically located between Dallas’ central business district and suburban office markets. Windsor at Turtle Creek provides convenient access to area employers for its residents. The redevelopment of the Uptown area is the driving force in creating and sustaining demand for housing in the vicinity. In addition to proximity to major employers, transportation arteries, and DART stations, the property is minutes from the new American Airline Center in Victory Park.

Thad Palmer, Director of Multifamily Investments and Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions for GID commented, “Dallas continues to be high on our list of target markets, and the Uptown area offers the highest quality demographic trends in Dallas. Windsor at Turtle Creek is one of only a handful of apartment properties with direct access to the Katy Trail, which is a popular pedestrian and bicycle path along the greenbelt of the former Missouri-Kansas-Texas railway line.”

The amenities of this high-rise building, completed in 1999, include a resort-style swimming pool and spa, elegant courtyard and marble lobby. There is a fully equipped fitness center, convenience store, library/business center with fireplace and Internet access, and leasing office. Apartment amenities include nine-foot ceilings, large walk-in closets, air conditioning, terraces with spectacular views of downtown Dallas, spacious kitchens, and oversized garden bathtubs. The property also offers covered parking for all units.

WRF-V is an equity co-investment joint venture between GID and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System. The relationship covers the entire United States. GID has full discretion over all acquisition and disposition decisions.
