GID RELOCATES ITS BOSTON HEADQUARTERS OFFICE

Boston - (December 19, 2005) - The General Investment & Development Companies (GID), consisting of GID Investment Advisers LLC, GID Securities LLC, Windsor Property Management Company and their various affiliates, have relocated their headquarters office in downtown Boston to:

GID now occupies approximately 42,000 square feet on the 27th and 28th floors of this Class A, high rise office building. Located on the 27th floor are GID's main reception area and conference center, along with office space for our senior management and real estate private equity business. The 28th floor provides office space for our various staff functions and our real estate securities business.
