GWINNETT PARK

Boston - (July 24, 2007) - GID Investment Advisers LLC (“GID”) based in Boston, MA, announced today that it completed the sale of a 17-building 1,026,640 square foot industrial/flex park to SVN Equities for $60.6M. The park is located in the northeast Atlanta submarket, immediately off I-85 in the town of Norcross, GA. The park was originally purchased by GID in October 2004 from Duke Realty Corporation. Atlanta based Colliers Spectrum Cauble marketed the property for sale and California-based Sperry Van Ness Equities was selected to purchase the park following a competitive review of 13 prospective purchasers that submitted offers for the property. Gwinnett Park has attracted prominent national and regional tenants including; BellSouth (AT&T), Progressive Insurance, Liberty Mutual, SAAB, Krispy Kreme, Corinthian Colleges and Pinnacle Data Systems.
